Booking Conditions
We strive to offer the best rates on the web. Our bookings
and reservations are currently processed through web affiliates,
partners and our own online booking system. We have done this
so we can offer the best possible rates to our customers by
compared individual hotel rates on different booking systems.
We only publish the best rate available for each property
in Thailand. Our price guarantee states you
will not be able to find the same hotel room cheaper on the
web. If you do find cheaper elsewhere we will negotiate with
our suppliers so we can either beat or match that price.
Credit cards may or may not required for your initial booking
and reservation, depending on the booking system. As in most
cases, upon conformation you will be provided with a booking
number. You then can either Fax the credit card details through
to the number provided or follow the link in the email to
Secure credit card processing system if you decide to continue
with the reservation. You may then need to pay a deposit of
between 10- 30%. In some cases, usually the large hotel chains,
there will be no deposit required and just only that you provide
your credit card number for secure your booking.
What you can expect:
- After we receive your booking enquiry, you
get a detail offer about availability,
total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested
period.
- Given that you entered a valid email address,
you will receive an answer within
a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends,
this can be
delay by up to 24 hours in some rare cases.
- If room is available and you wish to confirm,
you might be asked to secure the
booking by a deposit within 3 days. Please note that room
availability
sometimes changes daily especially during peak seasons.
- The deposit is usually between 10-30%. The
balance to be paid either direct
at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on
seasonal policies by
the hotels, all these details you will receive in our email
response.
- For any deposit, you will receive an electronic
payment receipt. In case a
balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival, you
will also receive
an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in.
- For pick-up service request, please re-confirm
flight details before arriving.
- If you have to cancel a
reservation, please do it as early as possible by email
or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless other
notice.

We do not require your credit card details for booking enquiries.
Once availability and booking conditions have been confirmed
via email, a small deposit of between 10- 30% to secure your
room is normally required. This is payable by either faxing
us your details or through our secure
online payment system. All our bookings are processed
through R24, Thailand's largest online reservation system,
established in 1995 processing over 100,000 bookings annually.
